Each package is estimated to arrive between 8 – 15 business days after your order is shipped. The time taken is usually shorter, but we do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
USA: 8 – 10 Business days
All Other Countries: 10 – 15 Business days
*This doesn’t include our 5 – 7 days processing time.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Please take note that we are a Made-To-Order company and we only make them upon ordering.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
If for any reason, your order did not arrive within 7 – 30 business days from the purchase date due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays. Please contact us at support@skateboardartsy.com and we will resolve your issue right away.
